Yes, absolutely. All meals are cooked fresh on the same day of delivery. We do not use pre-cooked or frozen meals. Our kitchen starts preparing lunch at 9 AM and dinner at 4 PM.
Yes! You can specify dietary preferences (no onion/garlic, low-spice, diabetic-friendly) when subscribing. We accommodate most requests for bulk orders of 5+ persons.
You can pause your subscription for up to 10 days per month with 24-hour advance notice via WhatsApp. Cancellations with 3-day notice receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.
All meals are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof containers. Hot food is packed in insulated boxes to maintain temperature. Each container is sealed and labeled with contents and allergen info.
Our standard plans cover Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is available for an additional ₹30/day per person. Please inform us at the time of subscription.
